You can use Blogger by Google. This allows you free hosting, free domain and you can use Adsense with it.
you can find lots of free web sites that do this but your site or blog is unlikely to be found and get clicks.
you need to find a niche that you are interested in , possibly buy a domain that matches the keywords of the niche. eg http://www.ukdomain5.com or http://www.sr521sw.co.uk and build a site around your keywords, using them in h1 text and getting lots of backlinks from sites and blogs using your keywords as the anchor text, this will take time and build a profitable site for you, but you will need to spend a lot of time and effort doing this. you can also make a video and upload it to youtube with a link to your site.
